Chapter 7

Love or Leave

Mal felt warmth soak into her and a delightful scent washed over her. Her mind replayed last night, making her wonder for a moment if it was a beautiful dream. She didn’t know what was coming over her lately in relation to Jude. He’d fucked up badly, but she’d barely made him pay for his mistake. Her nature was forgiving but not usually until a little suffering was unloaded on the miscreant. It was fair to pay back pain for pain but she’d gone easy on Jude, even though his behavior had been atrocious.

“Hey, stop thinking so hard. I can hear the wheels turning in your mind.”

“I’m not sure where this thing between us is headed.”

“The problem is you know exactly where this is headed.”

Mal shivered as Jude’s hand stroked down her shoulder. “I don’t know what you mean.”

Jude chuckled. “Mm, you know Baby.”

Mal realized he was in it for the long haul which scared her more than a one night stand with him would have. She didn’t want a mate, did she? Jude was certainly attractive and appealing enough. She felt his cock sliding against her ass as he pressed against her. Automatically her body pressed back into him. The feeling was marvelous. His hand moved the sheet that had slid down to block his possession of her. His hand moved his hard shaft into position before it started pressing its way into her.

Her breath caught in her throat, her heart pounded in her chest, her body clenched, and squeezed as the start of her orgasm pulsed through her.

Mal collapsed forward on the bed with Jude leaning against her. Would she be able to get up anytime soon when her legs felt like rubber and she wanted to sleep for another eight hours? That bout of Olympic sex had sated her but also left her exhausted.
